The Blue Weekend is an experiential program where you do more than attend. You participate. The weekend delivers an assortment of self-help tools for you to explore and evaluate. No one tells you what to do or how to do it. Your personal growth comes through the work, through the wisdom of your body. You will gain valuable insights on how to recharge your batteries and meet your own expressive and developmental needs.
CATALYST SESSIONS
Catalyst will be available to you throughout the weekend. This form of body work enhances somatic awareness, the ability of the body to perceive an interpret changes in productive, healthy ways. Your participation with Catalyst (as with all exercises and practices) is your choice. Because there is no pressure, you move and learn at your own pace, from the depths of who you are.
NEUROLOGICAL EXPANSION
The exercises and practices used during the weekend are designed to support your developing brain. These include coordinated movements, body postures and positionings, breathing techniques, gentle stretches, intentional meditations, and more.

It all begins on Friday night at 6:00 and concludes on Sunday afternoon at 4:00. In between is a rich celebration of life. If you are ready to enjoy a positive shift in your life, the Blue Weekend sets the gold standard in sharing self-improvement strategies. You get the "teaching" in your body, through your participation.
